Initial Design Consultation
It all begins with a phone call or e-mail to us. During this process we listen to your needs and explore a wide range of ideas to provide you with a custom basement designed around your needs.
Detailed Plans
In order to solidify your ultimate basement design ideas, and to help you effectively evaluate your basement construction proposal, we will develop detailed plans, 3-dimensional computerized interior views and a complete material list.In the event you have already developed detailed blueprints, we can work with you to fine tune and evaluate alternative designs.
Our detailed plans will insure compliance with all applicable building codes while incorporating all of your design requirements. Our plans will also reflect your decisions around finish selections for carpet, tile, lighting, plumbing fixtures, countertops, cabinet, paint, stain and more.
Firm Price Proposal
Once a design and set of plans is developed, we will provide you with a firm price proposal to construct your ultimate basement.Included with the firm price proposal is a detailed guaranteed construction schedule.
With your approval, a contract to construct your basement is signed.
Expert Project Management
We immediately obtain all permits required and fully manage the entire permitting and inspection process required to meet all applicable building codes.You will meet your dedicated project manager right away. Your project manager will help every step of the way to make the construction of your ultimate basement an enjoyable experience.
Construction activity in your basement will start as soon as permits are obtained, which is typically within two weeks.
Quality Craftsmanship
Along the way you will get to know our expert craftsmen and certified technicians who will turn your design and dreams into reality.You will be kept informed of everything happening in your basement and reminded of key milestones through weekly progress reports and photos.
Your basement will be left clean and safe each evening.

Enjoy
Typically, in less than twelve weeks you will be enjoying your new basement.You will be provided with all final drawings, maintenance information, paint and stain colors, appliance manuals and other useful information to keep your basement maintained for years to come. In addition, you will have the comfort of knowing that our materials and workmanship carry a 12-month warranty.
